Sound Healing and Sound Bath + ASMR (autonomous sensory meridian response)
These are therapeutic practices of receiving, where you will be lying down comfortably supported by cushions, blankets, and eye pillows. The harmonious sounds, tones, and vibrations will ease you into deep presence and relaxation. *Many people often fall asleep.
Energy Clearing and Balancing + Energy Healing
This is the process of restoring a harmonious flow of energy and balance throughout your body. This is done through cultivating awareness, and gentle flowing movements with your body, hands, and my hands.
All of the practices and techniques that I listed are created to restore and activate the parasympathetic nervous system. This safely signals the body to relax and unwind.
